About This Event
PHCA's Annual Culinary Competition is the most anticipated event of the year, bringing together our most talented students to compete across multiple culinary categories. This prestigious competition challenges participants to demonstrate their technical skills, creativity, and ability to work under pressure.
Competition categories include Classical Cuisine, Pastry & Desserts, Innovative Plating, Speed Cooking, and Nepali Traditional Cuisine. Each category will be judged by a panel of industry experts, executive chefs, and PHCA faculty members using professional competition standards.
Winners will receive prizes including professional knife sets, culinary books, internship opportunities at premium establishments, and certificates of excellence. The grand champion will receive a scholarship for advanced culinary training.
The competition is open to all current PHCA students. Spectators are welcome and encouraged to attend and support the competitors. The event will conclude with an awards ceremony and reception.
