About This Event
This exclusive masterclass brings three internationally acclaimed chefs to PHCA for an afternoon of culinary discovery and hands-on learning. Each chef will present signature techniques from their respective culinary traditions.
Chef Marco Rossi (Italy) will demonstrate authentic pasta-making techniques and regional Italian cooking methods. Chef Yuki Tanaka (Japan) will share the art of sushi preparation and Japanese knife skills. Chef Pierre Dubois (France) will present classical French techniques and modern interpretations.
This is a rare opportunity to learn from multiple master chefs in one session, gaining insights into different culinary cultures, techniques, and philosophies. The masterclass includes hands-on participation, tasting sessions, and recipe booklets from all three chefs.
