International Chef Masterclass Series Launched
Learn from renowned chefs from around the world
PHCA is excited to announce the launch of our International Chef Masterclass Series, bringing world-renowned culinary experts to Nepal to share their knowledge, techniques, and passion with our students and the broader culinary community.
The inaugural series will feature six internationally acclaimed chefs over the next six months, each conducting intensive two-day masterclasses covering their areas of expertise. The series kicks off next month with Chef Marco Bianchi from Italy, who will focus on contemporary Italian cuisine and pasta-making techniques.
Following Chef Bianchi, the series will welcome Chef Yuki Tanaka (Japanese Cuisine & Sushi Arts), Chef Marie Laurent (French Pastry & Desserts), Chef Raj Malhotra (Modern Indian Cuisine), Chef Sophie Anderson (Molecular Gastronomy), and Chef Carlos Rivera (Latin American Flavors).
"This masterclass series represents our commitment to exposing students to global culinary traditions and cutting-edge techniques," explained our Academic Director. "Students will gain insights into different cuisines, learn advanced techniques, and understand how to innovate while respecting culinary traditions."
The masterclasses will be limited to 30 participants each to ensure personalized attention. In addition to PHCA students, we're opening limited spots to culinary professionals and serious cooking enthusiasts from the community.
