About This Event
Understanding wine and beverage management is crucial for hospitality professionals. This seminar provides comprehensive knowledge of wine selection, food pairing principles, and managing successful beverage programs in restaurants and hotels.
Led by certified sommelier James Carter, the seminar covers wine regions, grape varieties, tasting techniques, food pairing fundamentals, wine service protocols, and building profitable beverage programs. You'll learn how to read wine lists, recommend pairings to guests, and manage wine inventory.
The seminar includes guided wine tastings (for participants 21+), food pairing demonstrations, and practical exercises in wine service. Non-alcoholic beverage pairing alternatives will also be covered for comprehensive understanding.
Ideal for students pursuing careers in fine dining, hotel F&B management, or anyone interested in expanding their beverage knowledge. Certificate of attendance provided.
